For an investor to compare any two properties offered by two different companies using the word Turnkey to describe their offering, they really have to dig deep into their due diligence rather than just assume that both are the same because they use the word Turnkey.I have read a lot of @Caleb Heimsoth's posts on here and I will agree with a little sliver of what he said, although over-all I think he makes the classic mistake that too many others make.
