Along with hundreds of articles, blogs and posts about how shady and aggressive the Rich Dad Education series are I found a 20 minute "Canadian Dateline" investigation that took cameras undercover and inside the 3 day class.  

Can I ask what type camera you are using for the photos? 

Saw this forum on REDDIT, and thought it would be cool if we started a forum discussion: "Someone should make this" for something you need in real estate.Could be an app that you wish you had that could make your life easier.Could be a tool that you wish they made for some aspect of your rehab.Maybe you need a specialize "tool" that you need to convince your renters to pay rent.FOR ME, one thing that I think would be useful, is a visual app that shows the price of a house by viewing it in my camera.

I also can not find a company that can do an inspection via camera.

Add a ring camera to monitor front of house. 

We have cameras but they ignore them.

I am looking into buying a security camera system for one of my properties and I was wondering which system and kind is the best bang for my buck.

Like Mathew and Zach said, install cameras, begin documenting what can be documented and send non compliant notices when appropriate and often.
