Inspector can’t fit into crawl space! Advice needed
Hey everyone! I have a house under contract that I plan to BRRRR. The problem is the crawl space is too small for the home inspector and termite/moisture inspector to get into.
My private money lender requires a report or he increases the down payment from 10k to 20k! So far I’ve had multiple companies come out and all have said it’s too tight. I also can not find a company that can do an inspection via camera.
Does anyone have any other suggestions short of ripping out the entire sub floor?!?
