Do I HAVE to do the amendment for 2020?

Sometimes best to do this without too much time delay so that there aren't too many intervening posts between the original and the amended. 

Would this all just need to be completed on the amendment form?

@Andy Bondhus this is where I said earlier I may have been mistaken on specific timeline of execution - original purchase agreement signed Tuesday at 5pm, then Option to Purchase contract signed the following day on Wednesday at 4pm along with an addendum and amendment.

That is a simple fix via amendment in contract.

They were fantastic tenants and now I want to officially, and legally, amend their lease to end February 28, 2021 instead of the original lease end date of May 30,2021.
