Most every bank makes the buyer sign and amendment saying they are not related to the bank, and maybe every once in awhile not related to the person who just lost the house, but they also don't care once it's gone.

It seems it would require a lot of bandwidth, both speaking with the seller's closing and having auction.com amending the contract to reflect both closing companies and then sending it back to the seller to approve.
