I was friends with an old guy that bought his clothes at the flea market and drove an old truck that was rusted out and had the springs poking up thru the seat.

I have been thinking about hiring someone to pick out my clothes in the mornings.

SuarezWhile not an off-the-grid recluse minimalist, I don't bother having a fancy phone, driving a nice car, having designer clothes or living in the fanciest house.  

Does it have cloth wiring/knob and tube.  

And when you are done working for the day you strip down to your birthday suit and throw away ALL your clothes including shoes , to avoid getting anything in your truck or home . 

Yes they are supposed have endless hot water but they can only heat it so fast and a smaller unit will not keep up with a shower and the clothes or dish washer.One of the biggest problems for tankless water heaters is improper installation especially for natural gas versions.

It's nothing to them to pile highly flammable clothing around an outlet with a plug in it that gets yanked on often.

In times of a cash crunch not many want new clothes or shoes.

But I see other seniors in my building with gambling problems (lots of Indian casinos around here), who smoke cigarettes and/or pot, who spend their money at the local bar, going out to eat, buying new clothes, etc.  

I get an email from my real estate agent today saying that: Tenant 1 is $150 behind because they had to buy school clothes, Tenant 2 is 2 months $900 behind, and Tenant 3 was behind but has paid up the owed $640.
