We have a vision of building a hope center that would provide food, clothing, medical care and other essentials for those in need in our community.  

They don’t keep commemorative plates and collectible spoons, but they keep clothes, kayaks, bikes, Christmas decorations, old computers, instruments, tools, etc. 

And every closet should have a laundry basket so you can stay organized with your dirty clothes, especially with kids' clothes thrown everywhere.King sized mattresses: this house had one king size bed, and three queen size beds, and two twins.

Japanese people hang clothes outside and if the neighbor fires up the grill right bellow, clothing will be smelly and neighbors will be upset.

When you go for the inspection, take a flashlight, clothes to get dirty, and hopefully someone with a lot of experience with old homes.

I am not...I like big Hotels like the Wynn/Encore in Las Vegas.I am also not seeing the AirBnb owners complaining about this (or any other Demographic) creating problems any different than anyone else--stolen wash cloths, broken mixer, etc...Also Oregon is doesn't seem like a very black populace place....Are black people now streaming there to go live in the "Back of the Woods".It's probably just AirBnB SJW posturing --look at how I am not a racist--kind of stuff...aimed at others who do the same kind of thing.And if you think an owner has discriminated against you (no matter what group you belong to)....Wouldn't you really want that to happen because by forcing them to take your money---you enrich the people who don't like you... at the end of your stay...they are richer and you are poorer...

I dont have to deal with the midnight call the the fridge died and all their food is going bad....or the washer damaged their new clothes.....Yes tenants can damage the property moving them in/out.... but they do that with sofa, beds, chairs- and everything else them move in/out.

I hate sounding like a chicken little, but damn it, I'm going to have all my clothes on once the tide goes out. 

Add a second clothes rod to closets if there is only one.
