Have you looked into the Western MA area?

We just started up our first STR in Western NC, about 2 hours from home base (North Atlanta/Cobb County).

I own Ponderosa Capital Partners with some partners, and we wholesale in Western Montana.

I have found the near western suburbs to work well for me, but I can easily see a dozen areas where things would work well to build a portfolio. 

Avondale, West Logan Square, Hermosa, Humboldt Park (North of North Ave. or between Western Ave. and California Ave.), Albany Park, Irving Park, Rogers Park, West Edgewater, Pilsen/Heart of Chicago, Little Village, Mckinley Park, Bridgeport and Bronzeville.

I’m a travel nurse looking to setting in the western nc area specifically Hendersonville nc.

That property was in a 1031x which we were able to repeat in Wa.After paying too much tax we took the rest of that money and moved it to western Wa about three hours SW of Seattle.

College areas I am looking at is Western Washington University, University of Washington, Seattle Pacific University and so forth.

I would imagine that at some point MD will shut down all the facilities in Jessup and move everyone out to Western Maryland. 

There is a new currency exchange being built from the ground up on Roosevelt, 2416 W roosevelt or so, 1/2 block west of Western and a Uhaul Center on the same block?
