Who would've thought that a bill written by the big banks to protect the big banks and their government sponsors would harm small financial institutions and individual citizens?

I guess folks think RE laws were just established to generate revenue for governments, professional license divisions, well, no, professional licenses of all kinds are put in place to protect the public good, to protect citizens from carpet bagging cheating, sidewinding, low life, greedy sneaky types dealing in that area regulated.
