Christian,Licensing depends on you, if you want to do classroom study/class or on your own at home.I did ACRE school, pounded out the classes on my own at home in 2 weeks and that worked for me and my schedule.Somewhere like Kaplan or Jones schools have more traditional classroom setting, if you are into that.Part time/investor brokerages, the best 2 are:Modern Real estate: $20/ month, $300 per transaction, no real support, education, etc.

The people I listen to in finance suggest that the dollar will still increase in value, and as the AED is tied to the dollar, you will enjoy an upswing if you get in now, but if you are not ready to move quickly and the dollar increase in value before you buy, you only stand to lose in the currency, (as im expecting you are buying in pounds).I have lived in Dubai for almost 4 years now, and I invest in Norway.
