Did you want to get together with these strangers for dinner?

Lock up a good chunk of money for years with essentially a stranger and pray that your sponsor does not appear on an episode of American Greed any time soon.  

Housekeepers complain WAY more about family and friends than paying strangers. 

Coops don't like investors because they are a community of shareholders with common goals, and those goals don't jibe with letting strangers into the building to stay over for a few nights.  

If I was offended by some stranger asking a mere question, obviously you shouldn't be the one needing to appologize, right?

Even with strangers, distressed homeowners, etc, it seems like a win-win.  

My wife and I have a child in elementary school so we don’t want to share our living quarters with strangers, and most multi-family properties here are either way over our budget or less quality of living than we’d prefer.

If its a stranger or a company, its hard money.

Everyone I have seen who says investing doesn’t work are usually fearful of making offers or talking with strangers.

However I am no stranger to building businesses and building teams to get things done.
