It's rather hard to understand whether the patch of land you're looking at is a build-able lot or not, but did notice several abandoned houses that you can renovate and make a nice forest dwelling out of.

Scope includes installing six GFCIs, snaking three drains, replacing a shower valve cartridge, very minor drywall patching, small waterproofing patchwork in the basement/front porch, realigning a few doors, replacing a kitchen sink drain assembly, installing blinds, and a handful of other minor items.

The report also says the leak is no longer active, but recommended asking the seller about it.2- I added an addendum to the contract asking the seller to fix any leaks in the roof and repair some popping nails.3 - The seller had somebody patch the roof with tar over the area that had water damage.4- When that was done,  I got my 4-point inspection report saying that the roof had no problems.

My rental property thinks I should find a new tenant which will cost me $450 to re-market and then however much it will cost me to turn the property (probably paint, patch and any wear and tear).

I promptly went back to this house which sits on a decline and is approximately 10 feet away from the edge of a ravine, and could see a substantial crack just inches above ground level, which extends across the back and one of the sides of the foundation, which had been patched but unsuccessfully repaired.

The previous owners hid extensive foundation instability, (patched up drywal cracks, put in new tile ect) which i found but had no recourse because the guy who sold it to me was in prison for tax evasion.
