I guess my question, I should be able to do everything myself, other than raising the roof and the central a/c, or is there some task I may not be thinking of such as electrical or plumbing I may be overlooking?

Hi BP,I have heard that when you are looking for a place to invest, you should choose a B location and find either a C or D property within that Area so you can bring the property up to a B property.I have two questions for this topic.1.

So, expect long holding times.Don't know if you're aware of the post office closings mentality of congress but I wouldn't bet on a renewal of the lease so much.
