First time home rehab! Where should I start?
I am completely new to home remodeling, I am not great with tools but have some experience with cars. I plan on remodeling with the help of friends who may have more experience. It’s an old home from 1939, I plan on raising and adding a new roof, adding a central a/c, and remodeling the whole interior. I guess my question, I should be able to do everything myself, other than raising the roof and the central a/c, or is there some task I may not be thinking of such as electrical or plumbing I may be overlooking?
