The creditors had 30 days to provide information to the credit bureaus in order to substantiate the negative items I had disputed. 2 items were removed from my report, one that was legit and one that had been paid off years before.I Knew that I had to also change some bad behaviors on my part.

Giving someone even ten homes to manage all at once and then trying to look at a spreadsheet for occupancy & rent rates and repair ratios is either going to make them "look bad" or cause exactly the behavior that you don't want in a property manager - deferred maintenance, and whatever tenants are available right now signing leases.
