I have not yet seen a lot of new development, but based on calls to local contractors to survey them about their availability, and the growth in share prices of stocks for home improvement stores like Home Depot, we’re definitely seeing a trend towards fixing up existing inventory on those markets that will probably last until new building starts — again, that’s specific to the submarkets we are focused on.
