I believe when initially surveyed (not for residential but for the well servicing) a few of the acres (approx 5 or 6 are classified as this type) and could maybe be set aside for conservation purposes and wouldn't/couldn't be build onOn the land itself - there is currently one SFH home (the owner lives in) already and one large Barn / warehouse used for storage of industrial tools etc so some of the land is already zoned
