I opened a TD account just because they had the free change machines that I could cash in from my coin ops.

Pro's- literally 5 minute walk from the ludlow station, turn key(no renovation needed/owner was a contractor), extremely friendly tenants(spanish), safe feeling, clean neighborhood, coin operated laundry that 3 buildings use, potential for upside by increasing rents 3-5%, potential for appreciation if the area get's developed and gentrified(longer play)close to st peters catholic church & Pearls Hawthorne School.

I know of COIN but haven't found many others. 

I’ve only invested in stocks and crypto but I’ve been figuring out so much to help me make confident moves. 

Adjust the rents accordingly, seems silly to go coin op because that's more hassle then it's worth and would effect you.

I believe there is major potential here as developers and investors bring some modern and innovative updates to this market.I was previously presented with the opportunity to purchase a coin laundry business as well, which initiated some research and meetings.

I may do coin op next time as they are more heavy duty but I would prefer to get rid of them altogether.
