To all those who dont know @Ronnie Boyd I had the pleasure of meeting him in September 2012 at a Sean Terry event. 

I have had the pleasure to speak to her before.

So yeah, I have an issue with this kind of "sign placing" becuase it is no more legitamate than graffite.You are happy to kick back and not worry about what bothers other people in the community and just enjoy the pleasure of real estate profits.
