Bigger Pockets Member Herb VanDyken "Herbster"

I wanted to let the Bigger Pockets members know that Herb VanDyken suddenly passed away yesterday. Herb loved nothing more than studying and talking about REI, and was a faithful reader of Bigger Pockets. I had the pleasure of meeting Herb through Bigger Pockets, and worked on several short sales that he referred to us. He worked hard, and was always looking for the next deal. He will be missed.

A few months back we had another member pass.. I wonder if there isnt away to have a memorial here on the website dedicated to our friends who have passed who contibuted at the level they did.
