My dwelling only insurance for each rental is 577/year for one and 775/year for the other.Something to look into while you're a small fry like me.

It often requires rehabilitation or even plastic surgery, so the dollars associated with the insurance claims are higher.

The brackets are metal not that cheap plastic.

@Mark Fries it appears one problem the self employed have is their ability to deduct more expenses from their taxable income.

Is there hard plastic or something else cheaper thieves wouldn't try to take for these drain covers??

I was going to make some for my wife as a gift, I got the price and ordered some plastic ones from Costco.
