It’s a great ‘no’ orientation question and implies loss, they will reply.

Its neutral in most cases and easily covered by area rugs or carpeting to accommodate many tastes.  

You should stop trying to lie and sweep this under the rug.

I picked up 3 bed frames (1 full, 1 queen, and 1 twin), 3 mattresses, nightstands, dining table & 4 chairs, mirror, pyrex dishes, secretary cabinet, and a few other knick knacks for $235.What really ate into my budget was things like comforters, bed sheets, lamps, coffee maker, pillows, rugs, etc. — I went to IKEA & Target for those and that came to about $800.

My good paying, clean credit tenant is trying to hide under a rug (somewhere).I need to hire a landlord's attorney in Vegas that is  "fair and reasonable" (what ever that means) so I can learn how to chase these tenants down in court.   

We're renting in PDC, all units come fully furnished since it is a vacation oriented city.  

We do both student and non-student rentals but student rentals are different they need more orientation to renting and how things in a house work. 

They fulfill a very basic field oriented compliance function.

It was enough to soak the red rug around the toilet.
