Verify if it’s on city water/sewer, if it has any liens against it, of the phase 1 environmental survey comes back ok, how the utilities are, if the profit and loss statements are accurate, and anything else that the park has.

And, this was handled directly with the subcontractor (meaning, no GC markup and I take care of the legwork involved with permits and utilities).I would guess the prices vary significantly based on location - labor costs and environmental regulations would have a huge impact on this.
