We meet on a bi-weekly to monthly basis to bounce back ideas, brainstorm and create new projects or improve old ones, form dream teams, create synergy, support, learn and empower each other.

It's not a glamorous town but those men and women work hard and the steel company is the most profitable steel company on the planet.

It is definitely empowering to be surrounded by people doing the things that I want to do.This year I made it a goal to do my first deal on my investing journey so I have been learning tons and getting ready for my first purchase.

not sure how you think this is men against women thing plenty of women in the space I fund a many women owned flipping companys and women are on the job doing physical work.one of my loggers back in the day his sister ran the log loader.. talk about a mans world you don't see very many female loggers.. but that did not keep us or them from being super high producing logging company they flat got the wood out.. man women does not matter the point is remote rehab is risky.. anyone who says that it just takes putting a team together and your all going to walk off into the sunset well I don't agree at all with that.. personally.. good luck  

The local one in Milwaukee has monthly meetings in the evening, monthly breakfasts (tomorrow morning, in fact) and there is a women's group that meets for luncheons.

I am connected to a network of single Boomer women that want to downscale, have companions, share house responsibilities, etc.

Most were women, a few men but most of the men encountered simply had different circumstances.

The women in that group are extemely knowledgeable, and have great resources.

Then, believe it or not, most building inspectors are honest men/women that don't get paid off (that's in the movies) If you've done your due diligence on the contractor, and he/she passed that, more than likely they are professionals and aren't going to "brush off" the punch list, but want to do a good job to earn future business. 

I think there are a couple other women in town who have quite a bit of rentals and run the other hotel.
