(Which I'm contemplating on pushing up in the near future)

As I continue to progress in my financial journey and contemplate my reasons for pursuing early financial independence more carefully, finding my why, it's obvious that the collapse of the Greek economy and the financial distress of my friends and family in Greece has a great deal to do with my mindset.Imagine living in a country where you go to the bank one day and they tell you that you can't draw any of your own money out of your own bank account.

I ask because I'm contemplating the balance between forging ahead balls to the wall versus having my ducks in a row before stepping off the ledge.

I am contemplating doing that if the premium comes in way higher because this BFE may not be determined yet for this particular neighborhood. 

A lot of this is simply playing the cards your dealt.. when I was starting in the industry in the mid 70s I lived in the SF bay area so that's were we invested Northern CA.. the thought of going across country to buy a rental was not contemplated.. 

I keep contemplating making a bigger move to Ohio, but have as of yet not uncovered a really major opportunity in a Multi that I find attractive so I have been limited to SFHs.

I was contemplating getting into RE business for over a decade.

Another option I am contemplating if I don't rent my spare BR to friends is renting my bedroom on airbnb or VRBO just like @Craig curelop mentions he did in his book "The House Hacking Strategy".

I have a steam heat 4U, and when I bought it I contemplated separating the heat.
