To me, TK providers earn higher profits because they are adding more value.On the flip side, the TK alternative of traditional brokerage and traditional construction management is a lot safer for middle men since they have no personal or company capital at risk (this is one of the 3 reasons why I have chosen to stay out of the TK game).
