Neighborhoods that were nice when I was younger aren't anymore (Sherman Hill, parts of Roosevelt area), and areas that were total dumps in the 80's are completely revamped (East Village, west Ingersoll).  

In SK, Regina, Saskatoon and Prince Albert have their own sites and SAMAView covers {almost} everyone else.In Alberta, online availability of tax assessment and property sales information is decentralized ... it seems to be left to the individual Cities/Towns/Villages or RMs ... which makes things a little more work for the investor.

I grew up in Southern Korea, beautiful/clean-aired ocean front village until I turned 15 so living in such packed city was a hell.

Property currently has a big Victorian house on it with several out-buildings - so it's a bit like a time-capsule and a village already.
