Unfortunately these 0/0 cards tend to have somewhat low credit limits to prevent people from mass abusing the cards.If points/cashback is something you value, then depending on your spending habits something like a Lowes credit card can be decent as it offers 5% cash back on all Lowes purchases. 

I have been on many a bus tour with operators and that is not the normal demographic. 

I was speaking to his company and they push setting up the LLC as one of the beginning steps - now that makes me wonder if that’s what has helped him not hold accountable for abuse of his platform and exploiting people trying to get some skin in the game.

We used to double close all the time .. but that's now a respa violation so you do need your own funds to close then you can same day sell.you don't want to go down the path of clouding someone's title either that can get messy.. what happens if you cloud their title then get hit by a bus and your not there to release you just fubared your seller big time..

Despite the already borderline abusive tax structure, I would not trust the NY politicians to leave the taxes as is. 

This includes noise from loud sexual activity, and the playing of loud music.

Obviously, the thought is to just have it included in the rent, but the owner is afraid it will be abused and the bill will come at the end of the year and will be thousands of dollars.
