However, they haven't earned a complete endorsement from me as I discovered through different BP forums about the complaints against Mack.Issues with Mack InvestmentsTroubles and Issues with MackTenant reviews of Mack on YelpNow  some of the questions, concerns and allegations are answered in those threads but not all of them.Personally, I am immensely satisfied with the tour and have received a list of people for reference check from Mack.

PS: @Charlie Cameron is 100% right, working with owner occupants and retail buyers is definitely fun for an extroverted person like yourself, but it won't teach you much about REI as working as an investor or with investors is totally different.

I'm not an attorney but, would not want to be defending myself from an allegation that i took advantage of someone in foreclosure.The registration would be applicable to all but a very specific, small group of entities/people.
