@Cameron Baher I would keep looking for a multi family but maybe expand your search geographically and look in some up and coming C areas.

PS: @Charlie Cameron is 100% right, working with owner occupants and retail buyers is definitely fun for an extroverted person like yourself, but it won't teach you much about REI as working as an investor or with investors is totally different.

Who is occupying the Subject Property - Mortgagor/Borrower - alleged person who was foreclosed or a New Tenant or is the property Vacant?

I'm not an attorney but, would not want to be defending myself from an allegation that i took advantage of someone in foreclosure.The registration would be applicable to all but a very specific, small group of entities/people.
