It may be an ok price if he is cracking in to make a second pit and pump and hard piping it out separately or with the current outflow...I am not sure if you are planning to drop in the battery powered pump when power goes out (which seems odd if you were away, defeats purpose) or if he has a second pump put in  and it is on standby (maybe by elevation or overflow, I am not a plumber..

Say 220 was roofing ststems for expenses, 221 could be felt, 222, shingles, 223, hardware (nails, screws, trim, drip trim, vents, sofit) 224, decking/lumber, 225, roll roofing (including rubber systems) 226, glue/adhesives...you get the idea.If you are knocking out say 4 basic floor plans, different elevation but all the same materials/grades, you are buying bulk and allocating costs based on the plans per plan.

But did not recommend doing that to perfectly healthy trees.I decided to have them do some elevation trimming for $100 (basically what they can cut back while standing on the ground with a pole) and she can cut back more if she wants.Thanks for all of the input.
