Fill the house with haunted mirrors, creepy dolls, vintage music boxes, china figurines, photograph them in place, and you can rotate new  furnishings in an out every few weeks as you sell the old ones on eBay.But the bulk of your revenue is going to come from Airbnb, where you will loudly and proudly advertise your haunted house experience.PEOPLE WILL COME.

All he does is meet us 5 minutes from his house (30-minute commute for us) to unlock the door and he's complaining about printing out a comp.

The fire department doesn't do the inspections, but my realtor made sure my house had one when I sold it because appraisers include a photograph of the detector when they send their reports to the lender.

I didn't sign up for a 5 month closing (my interest rate locks keep coming unlocked)!

@Terry Landon I have the units staged and professionally photographed at the beginning of my ownership, and usually use the pro photos to list the property.

Doors left unlocked, squatters, appliances stolen, etc.I do believe for many people great PM can be a money maker and money saver.
