Does anyone invest in Active Senior Living that are all in a large building with common area dining and gathering areas, etc.? 

In 2008 the NEC began requiring them for all dining rooms, living rooms, kitchens and bathrooms in new construction.

In addition, there is a large dining area and living room.

I've done everything you can in the front of house from bussing to managing in restaurants ranging from casual to luxury fine dining.

It's worthless for tenants because it wears out fast and snags like crazy, but it looks sharp in a house for sale.My recomendation: real hardwood floor for living room/ dining room.

Repairs were easy; painted cabinets in the kitchen, updated lighting fixtures in the dining area and bathroom.

Nobody can answer it because we don't know what you like, how many people in your party, do you want to dine in or out, what can you afford, etc.A "coop" is an enclosure for chickens or other small animals. 

Also, stains on couch cushions and the fabric on the dining room chairs that might not come out.
