If they have executor ship should be relatively easy to get this up and running.

The partner ship is now breaking up, on what appears to be good terms, but with differing views on how to do things.   

This is coincided with a relatively smaller group at the age of home owner ship.

Imagine spending all your weekends cleaning this house.They left mattresses and garbage outside and sometimes I wonder to myself if they shipped in roaches into that house because I'm at my wits end how someone could live like that.
