Most off-the-shelf leases state that of monies coming in that late fees (and other fees) are paid first, and then the remaining funds apply to the rent.

Good evening BP. I was wondering how long you could go on using the 1031 to defer taxes. Is it limited to a number of transactions or years? Are there any limits to it? Thanks in advance any help you guys can offer :)
