I have always received prompt service and any issue have been resolved well.I specifically own in class B area which exchanges some cash flow for easier tenets and less drama and I have been very happy with that choice.  

Richard, I am curious if you've ever read "The Section 8 Bible," and if so, what your thoughts are on that harsh a management style.The book's basic concept is, "Provide ONLY what is required, and not one thing extra, because it's going to be the source of constant repair or replacement."

This sounds harsh but this is true.Do not rely on timing.

Aside from the terse and harsh responses being about 10:1, when I get someone who responds positively, I usually say I have a few professionals transferring into the area who are better qualified than me financially (which is true).  

Exactly my thoughts as I read the post and then thought....here it comes, lol.The show is amusing but gets old with the constant bickering and his drama yelling with her crying.

That said, I'll note that the builder in question was called out by others pretty harshly in the comments concerning exactly that product, and it's a pretty new video.
