I have always received prompt service and any issue have been resolved well.I specifically own in class B area which exchanges some cash flow for easier tenets and less drama and I have been very happy with that choice.

Aside from the terse and harsh responses being about 10:1, when I get someone who responds positively, I usually say I have a few professionals transferring into the area who are better qualified than me financially (which is true).

That said, I'll note that the builder in question was called out by others pretty harshly in the comments concerning exactly that product, and it's a pretty new video.
