But if you are looking for happiness and fulfillment, I say to seek God who I believe can fill any void in your life.You could also connect with social entrepreneurs because they have money but more than the money, they are interested and focused on helping others and making a difference while making money.You could volunteer your time.Write down other things that motivate you, that you are passionate about that has nothing to do with real estate and/or making money.

Not unless I did M&A, VC, or private equity, and I had no desire to work 30 hours a day, 8 days a week.As an entrepreneur, being an attorney would have helped in contract negotiations, but not that much.
