if we elect to shop on the market place for something competitive based on our actual need for doctor visits (besides delivery and baby checkups, we are both rather healthy adults) it seems so overwhelming trying to navigate all the options....deductibles, co-insurance, hmo, ppo, in network, hsa max out of pocket...im confused!!

They might even be willing to phase the delivery so you don't have to store things before you are ready to install.

Alex you should require that AOM to be recorded before you take delivery of the collateral files and even have it as a condition in the MLSA, don't take it for granite that they will take care of it for you. 

We continue to select, pay for and coordinate delivery of materials because it allows us to watch/understand our project #'s closer and doesn't allow for contractor to mark up material costs.  

I think this is actually the best starting point when investing out of state.Talk to the property manager and make arrangement for the key delivery.
