I have looked into REIA clubs before and closest to me is 2-hour drive.

Buffet is the closest but he has controlling positions much of the time and he is an operator.

@John Thedford Thanks I think this closest REIA I found was the Sarasota/Venice once.

The closest quads are going for $102,000, $165,000 and $225,000.

I'm interested to hear which areas within a drive of LA get closest to the cash flow you experience out of state and if you think being within a drive outweighs the smaller cash flow we'll experience in the LA area.

Closest major city is an hour away.
