Did the original ROW acquisition in any way acknowledge the home location?

Even with my tenants if they call me I always call back as soon as possible or tell them I am caught up with something else and acknowledge them reaching out to me. 

Also,  there is a line item on the lease for tenants  acknowledgement...

IE ag uses next to residential.. and in new developments we actually have to put in our deed that the new buyer understands there is farming going on and acknowledges it..

I know this is a very heated and emotional topic, but I'd love to hear what everyone else's thoughts are at this point while acknowledging that nobody has the answer and that we're all bringing a different perspective to the conversation. 

There's always the possibility she was bitten by something in the cabin, which  I don't love, and I acknowledged that this has possibly affected their experience negatively, and apologized if that was the case.
