What is your experience wholesaling/selling to New Western? 

I live about 30 minutes away from two different New Western Acquisition's, and I have heard good things about working for them, especially for being 18 years old and being ambitions about starting a full time career in real estate investing.

It hasn't quite hit my area of western PA yet, but other areas are booming with the Marcellus shale.

I've been in the Western-Southern side of Wake County for a while now.

Anyone in the western Kentucky, southern Indiana markets?

Unless you are majoring in some useless subject like art history, psychology, or (my favorite) "western civilization", you will want and need that degree.

I also perform with a western themed entertainment company, but that's more the acting and dance gig stuff.

My two options are University of Kentucky, where I would double major in Finance and Marketing (I would also be able to room with my best friend) or Western Kentucky University where I would either major in finance or marketing, minor in entrepreneurship, and get a real estate certificate (which would give me the requirements to become a broker, I would just have to pass the exam) (i would also have to room with someone random I don’t know).
