New Investor Introduction

Hey everyone!

My name is Isaac Apsey and I am new to the BiggerPockets forum (as you can probably tell by the title). I have been reading, watching, and listening to BiggerPockets content for the past year; now I am excited to made the switch from learning about real estate investing and take action!

In the next year I hope to have scored a MFH for long-term rental around the beltline. I know I have a lot of things to get in order beforehand so I wanted to reach out and poll the locals! I'd love some recommendations for:

- Mortgage Lenders/Brokers familiar with FHA loans

- Real estate lawyers

- Realtors willing talk comps/sale prices/the market

- Opportunities particularly on the west-side of Raleigh (Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Apex, etc)

My budget for this MFH is $400,000 which I hope to use an FHA loan to purchase. With this budget I expect to only really find duplex homes, but I am open to any MFH. Let me know if that price sounds reasonable (assuming a good deal of course).

I am looking forward to meeting with investors in the area! Please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I would love to grab a coffee and talk deals!
