You don't have to find an army of people, just find a single agent in the area you interested in.  

At this point, our best hope is to utilize the Army Corps of Engineers to leverage its expertise, equipment and people power to retrofit and equip existing facilities — like military bases or college dormitories — to serve as temporary medical centers.

To steal Kevin O’Leary’s analogy of $’s being soldiers and sending them out to find reinforcements... many a war was lost at home whilst the army was invading someone else’s homeland...- decisions need to be made now, yes.

Then, at some point, if rates come down or I can take advantage of a ARM, I can lower my holding cost across any higher interest properties and use the additional cash flow to reduce principle further.I really do believe that some data gets in the way of making good decisions.
