I'm certainly no expert but i'm new and a little turned off by how quick some of our older members were to deter you from BP as a legitimate source for learning, no matter your current or prev. background in Real Estate.With that being said, you may have been better off searching a little more before making the post because Ironically this is exactly what I'm looking at and I have found the best result is searching with terms like "property contract" "assignment of contract" etc on here and on youtube for any DIY's in contract work that I can apply to where I am and my likings.What someone mentioned above about a lawyer helping with the verbiage sounds like it might help a lot too!

So on top of all this, then I found a 4' crack in the cast iron sewer line going to the upstairs bathroom and it just happened to be located behind my kitchen cabinets and sink.Just something to keep in mind when you are rehabbing.
