One of the deals was such a nightmare, it really discouraged me to move forward because of how things panned out.

S corp for buy and hold real estate is universally panned around here, and for good measure.  

Its the same thing all the Occupy Wall Street people complain about but Ive always said if they don't like it, go home and pay off your CCs, auto loans, and mortgages as well and manage your own money from a tin can.

This may be one of those sounds great in theory but doesn't pan out in practice things.

I’m really pulling for them - I kid a lot on this site, but not this time.Also of note (and I don’t hold this against MSHB; although, given the number of times they must have had personal contact with the tenant in the last few months, they probably should have picked up on this:) The after-eviction walkthrough video that MSHB sent me caught a glimpse of a doghouse in the backyard - the tenant left a lot of piled up “personal property” outside, and the doghouse stuck out like a sore thumb, even as the camera panned very fast.

A couple of days ago a car smashed a portion of the fence, and yesterday we discovered a fiberglass shower pan is cracked so we've got completely redo the shower.
