I am contemplating using some HELOC cash to fund some stock that would be a short term play.  

Ive contemplated using Auction.com several times but I just havent felt confident enough to pull the trigger.

If you firmly believe that the best way to protect your assists is an LLC, why would you even contemplate DIY?

You'd better have reserves/emergency fund/etc. set aside before contemplating locking up $2K for $13 per month.   

If you don't have clear answers to some of these I would consider contemplating on what it is you would actually enjoy doing. 

When I first started in business it was to generate cashflow to purchase real-estate, but now I sometimes contemplate if it makes more sense to purchase other business assets vs real estate in todays market.
