Structuring a deal with an investor

Hello, been around for a few years and have read TONs of helpful info here. I'm ready to buy my next buy and hold multi-plex property. I'm contemplating pitching a newbie investor to go in with me but I've not had much luck understanding what a typical partnership would look like for that situation - what is an ideal scenario that sets up a fair deal for both of us?

In my perfect world, partner would be needed to help me qualify for financing but be looking for short term return on the investment. I'd do all of the property management and oversight of the property and tenants, and I do have some $$ to bring to the table as well, and ultimately want to have full ownership down the road. Would love some advice on what works and is appealing to a new-ish investor who wants a hands off investment.

TIA!
