- Are utilities included with your competitors' advertised pricing?

Don't know about you @Dick Rosen  but do you find that the really bad "wholesalers" look at you as more of a competitor, rather than the lifeblood of their business?

I have noticed that there is a lot of your competitors in New Jersey.  

I mentioned to my primary competitor (who is a friend, too) that I felt 'off' and he repeated MY motto to ME:Plan your work and work your plan but don't plan the results.

So from rent levels, to property prices, to repair expenses, to debt service, to what competitors are offering, to tenant underwriting, everything has to be 1. verifiable and 2. from credible sources, tax records, inspections and/or professional opinions.

He is surrounded by a lot of the big heavy wholesale hitters in the Arizona/Phoenix market, and what's great about those guys/gals is even though they are all competitors they still share information with each other to help each other exceed further in their business.

It is not something to promote my SEO, It does DAMAGE for me to tell others not to do bandit signs, because I get a LOT of my leads because of my competitors doing bandit signs.
