I'm grateful that the vast majority of the BP Community is cut from a different cloth.  

If you are thinking future appreciation, these parks are even hosting morning yoga events.  

Instead, they will buy Drano, or unravel a wire clothes hanger and shove it down the drain to dislodge the clog.Good luck proving that your prematurely rotted out pipes are due to Drano that has long since washed away, or that cracks are due to the clothes hanger and not other causes.My general rule for tenants is exactly what the home inspectors rule is.  

When I say she left the house, I mean, plates and coffee cups were on the kitchen table, all furniture, clothing, food, appliances were left just as when she was living there.

Tenant now requests a water softener (we live in a very hard water area) due to clothes not being clean, stains, etc.

The post-war houses usually have their original wiring which is aluminum wiring covered in cloth.

You are effectively the Emperor with no clothes and everyone you deal with and your customers knows it.

This is already the case with loitering or somebody without clothes, etc, etc.
