I had first tried putting my website together myself with Dreamweaver (I have some experience with graphic design and building websites as a hobby), then switched to a Wordpress based site, then subscribed to RealInvestorWebsites.com for the simplicity of it and how easy it is to set up new sites and customize them.

Not sure if they sell/report this data outside their subscriber base.

I use Google Analytics code and set a conversion goal on successful paying subscribers to the RentingYourHome main product, in order to confirm exactly how much money we make each month from different blog posts.

If this guy has any subscribers then I am in the wrong business.

This subscriber opened 2 accounts without contacting us and made several typos in both the email address and his name on the account.

We did a Godsend of a flip to get us going and now subscribe (mostly) to buy and hold.

I was going to do it the old fashioned way and subscribe to our local legal paper.

Derek, you can subscribe to www.real-data.com which has lots of info but may or may not be what you are looking for.

Is there a service you can subscribe to in order to pull comps or do you have to get those from your local PVA?
