If your reading the data via JSON couldn't you parse it so it could be more robust against new page changes?  

There are less people looking for such large houses in general but pound for pound the market is robust as there are the more affluent renting it because they can and then larger groups as it is cheaper per head in a larger home.

Again speaking from experience in the market I operate in only, Roofstock isn't working with ANY of the biggest players in the Property Management space only the smaller operations who have a bigger need for another company to funnel them clients as they don't have a robust enough business to keep their pipelines full organically.
