I think, properly maintained, an older home would far outlast a newer home.I am just getting my feet wet in R.E. investing but I've worked in trades most of my life in both new build and restoration, residential and commercial, in my opinion older homes far surpass newer homes in term of quality.

Jason,,, out of sheer curiosity and try to put this is it legal and not legal to rest or do you need a real estate license or don't you.one one of your posts on marketplace you describe the home etc. and at the bottom you have a disclosure that you are a principal in the transaction and you have an assignable contract.. so obviously you don't own the asset..
